Terms and Conditions

For orders of goods placed via the eCommerce portal, the provisions of the contract existing between the customer and Konica Minolta shall apply in principle. If this contract does not contain any special provisions (e.g. with regard to delivery time, shipping costs, retention of title, inspection and complaint obligations), the statutory provisions of the contractually agreed law shall apply.
